Yesterday I removed all of the Joan Baez songs from her Diamonds and Rust album, except the lighthearted Dida, from my Favorites playlist in WMP, and tonight I'm downloading a bunch of songs by Phil Collins, Don Henley, Glenn Frey, Cyndi Lauper, and Pat Benatar from AllOfMP3.com to take their place. I'm tired of beating myself up for being what I am, an ordinary man. Pat understands that: no promises, no demands. And Cyndi's always there for me, time after time. Yes, we both could have died then and there. But we didn't, so why not enjoy what time we have left on this amazing earth?
