Kaiser Permanente in Walnut Creek has signs on every floor of the parking garage extolling the benefits of taking the stairs rather than the elevator. It is annoying and somewhat ironic that the stairs in the hospital itself are locked at each floor, and if you take the wrong exit door at the first floor (which has a misleadingly unlocked entry door), a loud klaxon horn alarm sounds.
