Yesterday evening on the malecon there was a kid on a type of "fishtail vehicle", the only propulsion action being swinging an arm back and forth, with the single drive wheel using the horizontal pressure and converting it into forward motion. The same wheel also steers. This one had the swing arm in front, but I want mine rear-mounted for amphibious use.
