measured, and it was 168.5 pounds loaded weight, clothes and all, minus 143.5 body weight. so I'm carrying 25 pounds while jogging. not bad for an old man. now if I can just keep up with the upper body regimen, I should be a lean, mean fighting machine in a year or two.
