Woke up about an hour ago, just after 0300, and couldn't get back to sleep. Thinking about things. There's a netmeme I shared from a friend a day or 3 ago, about farmers who arrested a sheriff for attempting to evict a widow for not paying taxes on her property, and another friend's comment got me thinking about how farmers would have the organization necessary to pull this off, and now I have an answer: the grange. A few years ago I was going to meetings of the Sonoma county grange, but stupidly, I let that slide. That could be key to the humanure network I want to establish at umanure.net. I vaguely remember something about the national level grange taking over local granges, and Sonoma farmers trying to stop it, but again, that's all faded from memory. I was drinking a lot in those days.

And that got me thinking about the 3 small land purchases and two house leases. I want to set something up in perpetuity to maintain, develop, and grow these acquisitions and turn them into things benefiting all humanity. A trust of some sort, but probably nothing that currently exists. It has to be a legal immortal entity, able to assess the present situation as it evolves, and make strategic decisions to benefit the overall goal as technology advances. A smart contract of some sort, perhaps, but the tech just isn't there to do all the above. LLMs? Maybe, but I'd have to make one that thinks like me, only a lot smarter.

I still haven't even established the basic solar panel and cell phone on each that will let me monitor each place from my current location. I need to get on that.

Which gets me back to my current situation of not enough sleep, and knowing about GHB and creatine being able to mitigate that problem, and not having a lab to produce my own, since the former has been effectively banned by the pharmafia and the latter could be at any time.

This is all I'm able to capture of my bizarre train of thought for now. Got to get to work.
