I'm busy building a mass transit company for traveling the world on a shoestring. I got the idea back in August of 2004 and have been developing it on and off since.
Here's the way I go about it. I travel using the cheapest forms of mass transit I can find, walking where necessary to avoid expensive forms of travel. Anything over $3 is normally out, since that was my daily budget during that trip. Then I document the routes so you can try them out. If it saved you money, you can send me a Paypal donation to micropayments@whatisthewww.com. If you find the information erroneous or incomplete, I'd appreciate an email to the same address so that I can update the information. Note: do not attempt the donation if you do not have a Paypal account with a cash balance; this email address will not be able to process credit card transactions, and unless you're donating at least a dollar, Paypal will take too much of it anyway. For credit card donations, use jc@jcomeau.com instead.

OK, with all that out of the way, let's begin.
